We collect account details, billing details, and service usage telemetry required to operate and secure the platform. Additional data may be received from approved third-party integrations.

We use information to provide and maintain service functionality, process billing, communicate product updates, improve reliability, and protect platform security.
3. AI Data Processing
When AI agents execute tasks, input data is processed to generate outputs. Proprietary business data is not used to train foundational models. You can delete interaction history from dashboard controls.
4. Data Storage & Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and regularly audited. Platform security controls follow industry-standard practices.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. Limited sharing may occur with infrastructure providers, payment processors, model providers, or legal authorities where required by law.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for session continuity and analytics cookies for product improvement. We do not use cross-site advertising tracking cookies.
7. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed in accordance with retention requirements and legal obligations.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restricted processing of your data. Contact privacy@teamai.com to submit requests.

Where international transfer is required, we implement applicable safeguards, including contractual and regulatory mechanisms required by law.

The service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children and will remove such data if identified.
