By accessing or using the Team@AI platform (Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
Team@AI provides an AI-powered agent collaboration platform for deploying, managing, and orchestrating teams of AI agents. The service includes agent setup, task management, collaboration spaces, channel integrations, analytics, and API access.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for account credential confidentiality and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to the fees shown on the pricing page. Fees are billed in advance according to your billing cycle and are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, transmit harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use the service for direct competitive abuse.
6. Intellectual Property
The service and related content are owned by Team@AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your usage does not transfer ownership rights. Feedback may be used by Team@AI without obligation.
7. Data & Content Ownership
You retain ownership of user content. You grant Team@AI a limited license to process and store content solely for service delivery and improvement. We do not sell user content.
8. AI Agent Usage & Limitations
AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating generated content before relying on it for business decisions.
9. Service Availability & SLA
We target high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or external factors. Enterprise plans may have separate SLA terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Team@AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is capped by fees paid during the preceding 12 months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. On termination, service rights cease immediately. Data export may be requested within the retention window.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of Team@AI incorporation jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to applicable arbitration procedures where required.
